Figuring out if a municipality allows STR or not can often times be very confusing and hard to determine for sure, this page will serve as the best place to get up-to date info on the rules and regulations in the Poconos market.

Often in the Poconos market, homes will be within HOA municipalities, these communities oftentimes each have their own rules and regulations for what is allowed and restricted. Interestingly these community rules will supersede that of their township or county.

Keep in mind that each community's rules and regulations are subject to change, This list is just an estimate, you should always review HOA rules and regulations before buying a home in such a community.
